Terms

These terms apply when you buy from Calibre Jewelry ("Calibre", "we", "us") through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Prices

Prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). We try hard to keep prices and stock correct. If we find a mistake in a price after you order, we'll contact you before going ahead, and you can choose to cancel.

Orders and payment

• You pay by bank transfer and upload your transfer slip at checkout.
• Your order is confirmed once we've checked that the full payment has reached our account. Sending the checkout form doesn't confirm it on its own.
• If we can't match your payment, can't make your order, or a piece is no longer available, we'll contact you. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll refund what you paid for it.

Custom pieces

Custom pieces are made with the letters, colours and details you give us. Please check them carefully before you order: we make what you write. If something you ask for isn't possible, we'll contact you before making it. Once we've started making a custom piece, it can't be cancelled.

Delivery

• Delivery is free within Malé and Hulhumalé. Orders placed before 6pm are delivered the same day, between 8pm and midnight. Orders placed after 6pm go out the next day.
• Custom pieces are made to order and need to be placed at least 1 day before your delivery date.
• A preferred delivery time is a request, and we'll do our best to match it.
• For other islands, message us before ordering and we'll agree the details with you.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, so we can reach you.

Exchanges

We don't accept returns or exchanges. If anything isn't right with your order, message us as soon as you receive it, with your order number and photos, and we'll sort it out. This doesn't affect any rights you have under Maldivian law.

Our jewellery

Every piece is handmade, so beads, charms and spacing can vary a little from piece to piece. Colours on screen can also look slightly different in real life. Look after your pieces as described in our care guide.
